He is results-driven Global Operations professional with experience in companies such as American Express, Wipro, Sutherland, Aegis and Teleperformance in Australia, US, the Philippines and India. His entrepreneurial experience as cofounder of Spectramind included growing the Business organically, to service Clients across BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality, Retail and Tech Support with Revenue run rate of $100mm and 7500 employees. His focus on stringent cost control, consistent Best of Breed Service Delivery and Client confidence, encouraged Wipro to acquire Spectramind from our Private Equity investors in 2003. At Sutherland he led Global Service Excellence driving a structured Service Excellence framework, across 6 countries and 60,000 employees. At Aegis, he led the Philippines operations – the largest and faster growing market for Aegis with revenue run rate of $200mm. Subsequently, At Aegis USA, he restructured and managed the operation for USA and Costa Rica teams growing the BU revenues to $200mm and 5500 employees. Most recently, he helped in the transition of Aegis USA to Teleperformance following their largest M&A of $650 million. He has a BA in Economics from University of Delhi.
